1940 Dodge custom

beforeThis 1940 Dodge body was found in a farmers field, without the driveline or front end parts.

The body was repaired where possible and other parts had to be fabricated from scratch.

The frame was modified and full suspension from an '87 Jaguar donor car finished the chassis.

The doors were modified to swing the opposite way.

The hood and fenders from another donor car were joined, customized and made to tilt open.

The interior from the Jaguar was also modified to fit into the Dodge. The exhaust was custom fabricated from stainless steel tubing. The car was then painted "Plum Crazy" purple. All work was performed in our shop.
